Her focus has been on advising high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses on tax planning and compliance matters. To better service her clients, Melissa formed Fortunato as a specialty boutique tax firm where she utilizes a large network of experienced consulting practitioners. Melissa approaches each client as a trusted advisor, seeking to guide clients by taking into account their current needs and long-term goals. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed as an Enrolled Agent.

Frank has been practicing since 1986 with experience ranging from tax preparation and planning, assurance services, as well as advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, business planning, valuations, and operational management issues. Frank also served as Chief Financial Officer for several businesses located in New York. His extensive knowledge of financial and retirement planning is a great asset to clients looking to benefit from tax deductions as well as establishing long-term goals. Frank received his degree from Pace University and is licensed in New York and Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
